I’m a qualified and registered Health Information Manager with over thirty years of health-IT experience in healthcare hospital sector. I’m currently working as a PAS Application Lead and Subject Matter Export at InterSystems in Melbourne. Previous roles have included Installation Coordinator, Training Officer, Systems Administrator, Product Manager, Implementation Team Lead, Application/Solution Specialist, Product Manager, Offering Manager.

Recently, I counted that I’ve worked with just over 10 different Patient Administration Systems and countless additional systems and modules across specific departments and domains such as Emergency, Theatre, Pre-Admission, Billing, Clinical Portals, Patient Portals, Clinical Referrals, Scanned Records, Coding Workflow, MDT solutions, and Integration. All in an implementation, SME, product leadership or product management capacity. I have experience that covers not only these products but across multiple geographies, including Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, and United Kingdom.

I’m currently completing a Master of Digital Health at La Trobe University with specialisations in Virtual Health, Public Health, System Design and Change Management, all with a focus on PAS and EMR.
